Alan Holt has traveled and spoken around the world and is the creator of several personal development success programs and systems. He is the President and Founder of several community service-based organizations and businesses and has been featured on television, radio, books, newspapers and magazines as a trainer, coach, motivational speaker and leader for developing models that produces economic development, empowerment and change. Maximizing his extensive experience across numerous industries – including healthcare, insurance, and sports, presently he serves as the Vice-President/Finance Director at Family In Distress, Inc., and as the President for Miami North West Express Track Club Inc. (also a 501(c)(3) non-profit). This track club has over 44 years, and is one of the largest annual international age group Track & Field competitions in the world – The Annual “NW Track & Field Classic,” which attracts more than 3000 age group participants each year from the US, Bahamas, British Virgin Islands, Canada, Cayman Islands, Jamaica, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Haiti and Guyana.

Alan Holt earned his Master of Divinity degree from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Science in the field of sciences – Psychology, Sociology, and Communication from the same university. Pastor Holt is a graduate and former quarterback at the University of Minnesota and he has over twenty-five years of experience coaching, consulting and mentoring leaders from every segment of society including Professional, Olympic and Amateur Athletes and Coaches, Business Leaders, Politicians, Lawyers, Educators, Doctors, Spiritual Leaders, Sales Professionals, Public Speakers, Customer Service Professionals, Social Service Professionals and people from every walk of life that simply want to achieve more.
