“Coordinating Organized Response Engagement”

The launch of FID C.O.R.E. and its affiliates is designed to strengthen local emergency response. Affiliates will be organized into specialized support groups, each activated based on the type and scale of an event. FID will coordinate when and how affiliates are deployed to ensure resources match community needs.

Organizations should be prepared to sustain their own operations while responding.
American Red Cross and Salvation Army provide shelter, meals, and crisis care; FID C.O.R.E. affiliates add targeted community services.
Response follows a tiered system: municipality → county → state → federal.
FID C.O.R.E. affiliates will engage in disaster response as part of their mission.

Services and Resources

Minor Events

“When localized crises strike—such as hazardous spills, fires, or transportation accidents—swift evacuation may be necessary. Primary response and recovery remain with assigned agencies, while on-scene teams assess the need for shelter, care, or social services.

In coordination with their community leaders, FID C.O.R.E. affiliates stand ready to deliver supplemental support—providing food, temporary housing, emotional care, and logistics to meet urgent community needs.”

Major Events

“When large-scale disasters strike—tornadoes, severe storms, flooding, radiological events, or acts of terrorism—a coordinated, multi-agency response is essential. In these moments, FID C.O.R.E. affiliates may be deployed alongside partner agencies to strengthen county-wide or regional efforts.

Our support can include mass feeding and shelter operations, emergency supply distribution, volunteer deployment and management, and coordination of long-term recovery resources—ensuring communities are cared for from crisis through recovery.”

Community Impact

“By organizing affiliates into specialized support groups, FID C.O.R.E. ensures residents receive timely, efficient, and compassionate care. Whether facing a neighborhood fire or a county-wide disaster, the program meets people where they are—restoring stability, delivering essentials, and empowering recovery.

When local resources fall short, faith-based and community partners step in as vital extensions of care. And in the wake of major disasters, where unsolicited donations often surge, coordination partners become essential to channel support effectively.”

“Direction & Control

“Stronger Together. Ready in Crisis. Steady in Recovery.”

FID C.O.R.E. strengthens disaster preparedness, response, and recovery through collaboration across government, faith-based groups, nonprofits, and the private sector.
