We believe that true service to God and nature is found in serving others. As we reflect on how far we’ve come, this is a season to show gratitude by giving back—to reach out to those still struggling to survive in this harsh economy. Every act of kindness strengthens the chain of compassion that binds us as one people.

EmpowerHer Resilience Project…

The EmpowerHer Resilience Project is more than a program—it’s a lifeline of hope, healing, and empowerment for women reclaiming their strength and purpose.

A core initiative of Women Increasing in Faith and Excellence (W.I.F.E), founded by Prophetess Dr. Sherryann Stephen, Senior Pastor of Hope City Barbados, this movement is dedicated to helping women rise—spiritually, emotionally, and economically.

Built on faith, healing, and transformation, EmpowerHer Resilience is a trauma-informed, empowerment-centered program designed to support women at risk and survivors of gender-based violence. It offers a safe, compassionate space for women to heal from trauma, rebuild their confidence, and rediscover their voice.

Through guided sessions in trauma recovery, emotional wellness, and life skills development, participants are equipped to stand strong, live free, and lead with purpose.
Because when one woman rises—an entire community is strengthened.

Vision Statement

To see women restored from trauma to lives of dignity, purpose, and independence—empowered to thrive personally, socially, and spiritually.

Mission Statement

To create a safe, faith-based space where survivors of gender-based violence can heal, grow, and rebuild their lives through emotional, spiritual, and practical empowerment.

  • Heal and empower women through trauma-informed, faith-based care.
